• Email address — used to identify your account and send service notifications.
• Solana wallet address — recorded when you make a payment. We do not store private keys.
• Usage data — plan type, agent status, and basic uptime metrics to operate the service.
• Bot tokens — stored encrypted to connect your messengers. You can revoke these at any time.

• We do not log or store conversations between you and your AI agents.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with any third parties.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.
• We do not show you targeted advertising.

• All data is stored on dedicated virtual machines — never on shared multi-tenant infrastructure.
• Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
• Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3.
• Bot tokens and credentials are stored in isolated secret stores with restricted access.

• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Dashboard → Profile → Delete Account.
• Deletion is permanent and processed within 48 hours.
• You can export your data at any time by emailing privacy@clawbox.ai.
• We retain payment transaction records for a maximum of 90 days for fraud prevention, after which they are purged.
