Rules of the road.

Claw Box provides managed AI assistant hosting. We run OpenClaw agents on dedicated cloud infrastructure on your behalf. You provide the configuration; we keep it running 24/7.

Access is provided as a subscription paid in Solana (SOL) cryptocurrency on a monthly basis.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Claw Box.
• You must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use Claw Box for:

• Any illegal activities or activities that violate applicable laws.
• Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or mass marketing without consent.
• Harassment, abuse, or threats directed at any person.
• Distributing malware, phishing content, or fraudulent material.
• Circumventing security controls or attempting unauthorized access to our systems.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

• All payments are made in Solana (SOL) cryptocurrency.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly. Access is granted upon confirmed payment.
• Payments are non-refundable once processed due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

We operate on a best-effort basis. We do not offer a formal SLA or guaranteed uptime percentage.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and notify users of planned maintenance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure failures, DDoS attacks, or events outside our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service.
• Are involved in fraudulent activity.
• Cause harm to our infrastructure or other users.
• Remain unpaid for more than 7 days after the billing date.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Claw Box and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Third-party service failures (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, etc.).

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by international arbitration principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation. By using this service, you waive the right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
